We want you to love your Frye products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original Frye box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
